Assembly

1. Lay out the parts to get an idea of how they go together. This will keep you from accidentally putting it together wrong.
2. Tools needed: Phillips screw driver and superglue or epoxy.
3. Start with the following parts and glue the connecting surfaces as shown.

4. Screw the parts together using the smaller 1/2″ screw.
5. Find the following parts and glue the connecting surfaces as shown.
6. Screw the parts together using the smaller 1/2″ screw.
7. Glue the connecting surfaces of both parts as shown.
8. Screw the parts together with 2 of the longer 1″ screws on the top as shown.
9. Glue connecting surfaces on the Barrel parts as shown. Insert the peg with the holes facing the direction of the screw holes.
10. Screw the parts together with 2 of the longer 1″ screws on the as shown. If the screws don’t go in easy you might need to rotate the center peg.
11. Glue connecting surfaces on the 2 parts shown.
12. Insert the Barrel in the front and rotate it as shown above. Screw the parts together with a longer 1″ screw on the as shown. The screw should go in easy if its rotated correctly.
13. Glue connecting surfaces on the 2 parts shown.
14. Screw the parts together with 2 of the longer 1″ screws on the as shown.
15. Glue connecting surfaces on the 2 parts shown.
16. Screw the parts together with 1 of the longer 1″ screws on the as shown.
17. If you plan on bringing the gun out in public it is highly recommended that you use the orange insert in the barrel which lets law enforcement know its not a real gun. If you plan to paint the gun you can save this for after.

Painting

The gun is ready to be painted. I will update this section with an example of how I paint it. You can fill the connecting parts with model putty and lightly sand it smooth, but I usually don’t bother. Please note the plastic used in this model is pla which is strong but will melt if you sand it with a power sander. I also tend to skip primer.

I use gunmetal spray paint and finish it with lacquer. If you want to get technical you can brush on detail colors. I recommend Vallejo paint from Amazon if you take that route.
